It’s human to repeat patterns and behaviors in our relationships – especially with our central nervous system patterns being set by age 7. With your sharing, we play with the energy coming forward for ways to create safety and explore new ideas and behaviors to nurture going forward.
Knowing Yourself Better
When we’re stuck or uncertain in life, it’s comfortable and very natural to hold tightly onto what we know and what we think we can control. It’s a pattern for many of us and often, no matter how hard we try, we end up in the same damn spot. Exhausted. Defeated. I can provide perspective and guidance tuned to your specific needs and energy.

Transitions and chapters in life are inevitable and often confusing or overwhelming. No matter who you are or where you are, I create a safe space to for us to explore what’s holding you back. Common Support Areas: Gender exploration; Ancestral healing; Career or other life opportunities.
Healing Your Past
In our sessions, my goal is to help you dig deeper and transform your shit, should’s, or shame into a superpower – a way to connect to your depths from a place of compassion instead of criticism or judgement. Together, we work toward acceptance of shadows and imperfections to reconnect or recreate your sense of self.

First Session
45 mins / $125
Completed over a 1:1 phone call, we’ll dive right into exploring what’s on your mind and heart. As you share , you create an opening for me to read the energy and information present. I share what shows up in a way that you can meaningfully connect.
Follow Up Sessions
30 mins / $95
Also completed over a 1:1 phone call, we’ll continue to embrace and laugh together at the fun in dysfunction. Each call is catered to what you need.
Group Sessions
Pricing varies.
Group sessions provide a unique experience to connect with a mix of energetic information and each other in extra special ways. Supportive for family dynamics, relationships, friend groups, and especially fun for bachelorette parties. Contact me for group rates and booking details.
